The Decisions on Demand app can be installed in two ways:

  1. From the Salesforce AppExchange.
  2. Using an install link provided by Decisions on Demand


If you were provided with an install link, please follow the steps in the Installation Guide.


To install Decisions on Demand from the AppExchange, the process is as follows:

  • Go to our listing here: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N30000009vsUIEAY
  • Click the Get It Now button at the top right
  • The next few screens are standard installation process for an AppExchange app
    • Select whether you want to install the app in a Production or Sandbox orgs
      Note that Developer orgs are considered Production orgs.
      You may see a warning saying Developer orgs are not supported by the package -- but you can safely ignore that.
    • Choose Log In to provide your Salesforce account credentials
      If you don't have a Salesforce org you can choose Continue As Guest to create a free trial account
    • You may be asked to complete your Salesforce community profile
      This step is required by Salesforce
    • Verify the details, then click Confirm and Install
